    SC6022 is a highly integrated switching mode power
    management IC (PMIC) designed to drive AMOLED
    displays requiring ELVDD, ELVSS, AVDD, DVDD and VGL.
    It can support up to 1.xA panel current with high panel
    voltage to cover high brightness mode (HBM) applications.
    The device integrates five high-performance converters,
    Buck or Boost converter for ELVDD, inverting Buck-Boost
    converters for ELVSS and VGL, Boost converter for AVDD
    and Buck converter for DVDD. The ELVDD output has two
    ranges. The first range is from 2.0V to 4.0V (default 2.8V) to
    drive the LTPO panels. The second range is from 4.6V to
    5.0V (default 4.6V) to drive LTPS panels. The ELVSS
    inverting Buck-Boost adopts dual-phase topology and
    supports up to -9V output voltage to provide continuous
    high-power output and cover HBM panels. The AVDD,
    DVDD and VGL are high-efficiency power solutions for
    powering display driver IC.
    The device is suited for lithium batteries with the best
    performance from 2.8V to 5.0V. It uses innovative
    technology enabling excellent output voltage regulation and
    line transient performance. The output voltage is high
    precision and programs through I2C.
    For portable device applications, size, power consumption
    and reliability are always the first consideration. SC6022
    uses a tiny package and switches at 1.35MHz (Typ.) to
    balance efficiency, inductors', and capacitors' size. Besides,
    it also adopts synchronous rectification and power save
    mode to maximum efficiency. The device integrates full
    protections, including output short circuit protection,
    overload protection, thermal shutdown, and input undervoltage
    protection.
    The SC6022 adopts 2.816mm × 2.976mm WLCSP package.
