    The SC77108Q is a fully-protected single channel smart
    high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full
    diagnostics and high accuracy current sense enable
    intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It
    integrates one-channel 8mΩ MOSFETs in a compact
    package size with advanced protections of load current
    limitation, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute
    thermal shutdown. Auto-restart or fault latch-off mode in
    over temperature events can be configured by an external
    /FaultRST pin (for Version-A only). A multiplexed pin
    delivers these analog signals and the digital signal of fault
    indication in both on-state and off-state.

Descriptions
The SC77108Q is a fully-protected single channel smart
high side driver qualified in automotive grade. Full
diagnostics and high accuracy current sense enable
intelligent control of the load even in harsh conditions. It
integrates one-channel 8mΩ MOSFETs in a compact
package size with advanced protections of load current
limitation, dynamic thermal swing shutdown, absolute
