    General Description



          The AS3644A is a four data lane MIPI, D-PHYswitch. This single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch isoptimized for switching between two high speed or lowpower MIPI sources. The AS3644A is designed for theMIPI specification and allows connection to a CSI orDSI module.

         The AS3644A is compatible with the requirementsof Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). Thelow-capacitance design allows the AS3644A to switchsignals that exceed 750MGHz in frequency. Superiorchannel-to-channel crosstalk immunity minimizesinterference and allows the transmission of high-speeddifferential signals and single-ended signals, asdescribed by the MIPI specification.

          The AS3644A is offered in Green 36-ball WLCSPpackage and is specified over an ambient temperaturerange of -40˚C to 85˚C.
